Xetic tried very hard to come to an aggrement with CA about not retaliating against them and Chowdown was really trying to negotiate with them but What many dont know it that time Xetic launched several more ATTACKS and intrusing on CA space. while the where beaten down almost instantly it happened.
After chowdown finally got sick and tired of Xetic attacking CA while negotiating with Xetic representive.
He called for full invasion, and a full invasion it was.
at least 450 Xetic battleship was destroyed in that invasion.
After that Xetic was like no where to be found.
Thats just soooo wrong.
Xetic launched attacks while CA was negotiating with XETIC representives for peace....give me a break!
Facts were,
* CA where not allies, they were neutral.
* CA did not have free travel rights in our space.
* CA pilot was asked to turn back because we were not going to give CA free passage between warzone and give SA an excuse to start a war.
* CA pilot refused and was shot down.
* 37 second later, Xirtam declared war.
* XETIC did everything to try to avoid a war. CA WANTED a war even before the incident.

Btw, the incident chat logs, declaration, CA statement etc to back up what I say can all be found here. I just get pee'd off when I see such blatantly false info post like above.

the group i was with near dss/jump towards Xetic space got jump 3 times by Xetic and subsiquently shot at us every time and we did fire back and podded 1 megathron 2 scorpions i belive it was.
Maybe your confusing that time when ATUK,WHILE A MEMBER OF CA, was attacking XETIC and their stations, to get us into the war with CA (that violated the NAP..though everyone likes to ignore that little bit of CA hypocrisy). We clearly fired back then. A short time later, you decided to take on CA with BOB.
Fact is, your dead wrong in time and space with your event.
